 Brianna McQuade is a ceramic sculptor who explores the psychology of anxiety and executive dysfunction. McQuade was an MFA candidate and Instructor of Record at The State University of New York at New Paltz, graduating in 2024, and studied Ceramic Design at Central St. Martin’s in London. 

She was a Strange Clay Shortlist Award Winner through the Hayward Gallery in London and has received fellowship support from CERF+, Penland School of Craft, and Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts. McQuade has exhibited internationally at Munich Jewelry Week and in exhibitions across the United States at The Clay Studio, La Luz de Jesus Gallery, and Pratt Institute. 
McQuade served as a fabricator and studio assistant to ceramic artist Roxanne Jackson, assisting with works in shows at Anton Kern and The Pit LA. Presently, McQuade is a Professor of Ceramics and Professional Assistant at Suffolk County Community College, and the leading technician at Long Island Clay.
